I use Kenwood, which offers many options, but you can use the meat knife paddle, making few pulses until receiving the desired size of the seeds 🙂

Vania, I will make this recipe for the family. One question: when you write ‘food processor’ or ‘kitchen robot’, what exactly you mean? Could you possibly name a brand? I have a Magimix, which is a multi-functional kitchen machine, called also a robot:

and in fact never used it in those recipes where you name a ‘food processor’. Seems to me, it’s about something simpler than a big piece like Magimix and Kitchen Aid…
Could you possibly suggest the right choice for this… I see on the picture, nut parts are visible, and this is what makes the crackers so crunchy..
