EN  If you are interested from food & photography, you just have to follow the page of Eva Toneva – full of great recipes, served with style and photographed by unbelievable way. I have the honor to be a guest with one chocolate temptation on the eve of Valentine’s Day.
What you’ll need:
for 8 servings
200 gr. of dark chocolate
25 gr. of butter /unsalted/  
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
1 essence of rum
30 ml. sweetened cream
2-3 ladyfingers /crushed/
2 egg whites at room temperature
2 tablespoons of caster sugar
200 gr. of sour cream
1 fruit pomegranate
mint for decoration
Method:
Melt the chocolate, the butter and the essence of rum at water bath, while stirring until receive shining and soft cream. Remove from heat and cool for 15-20 min. Add the lemon juice and the sweetened cream. In separate bow, beat the egg whites until receive soft picks and slowly add the sugar. Beat again until hard picks. Slowly add the sour cream to the egg whites mixture, stir well with a spoon and add the chocolate mix. Stir until receiving a homogeneous, soft cream. The mousse is ready. Here comes the best part – decoration. At the bottom of shots or other shape, divide the crushed ladyfingers, pour out some mousse, put some pomegranate seeds and finish with mousse. Decorate with mint and leave in the fridge at least two hours before serving.
